Customers can effortlessly schedule services via the Clifford app by selecting the service type, date/time, and frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time). Payment is secured once the appointment is confirmed by a provider. Completion of the service is acknowledged by both parties, ensuring funds are then transferred to the provider. If confirmation isn’t provided within 24 hours post-service, it’s automatically marked as complete, and payment is processed.

Providers are notified of service requests, allowing them to accept or decline based on the specified time slot. The app facilitates job tracking, enabling providers to mark their arrival and job completion. Funds are transferred to the provider's account 24 hours after job completion, streamlining the payment process.

Payments to providers are made through Stripe, requiring providers to set up a Stripe account via our platform. This ensures financial data is securely managed by Stripe, not Clifford. Providers can withdraw available funds from their Stripe account as desired, offering flexibility and control over earnings.
